How do I sync moments across devices?
Open Settings in Moment365 and enable iCloud sync. Use the same Apple Account with iCloud Drive enabled on each device. You can pull down on the home screen to request a refresh.
Can I use Moment365 offline?
Yes. Your moments work locally without a connection. When optional iCloud sync is on, queued changes retry after the device reconnects.
Why is Magic Add unavailable?
Magic Add enrichment needs an Apple Intelligence–capable device on iOS or iPadOS 26+, with Apple Intelligence enabled and its model ready. The rest of the app works on iOS and iPadOS 18+.
Why did I not receive a reminder?
Check that notifications are enabled for Moment365, that the event still has a future reminder date, and that a Focus mode or system setting is not silencing it.
How do Calendar suggestions and mirroring differ?
Suggestions surface notable dates for one-tap import. Optional mirroring also writes new or edited moments to iOS Calendar and can pull rescheduled dates back.
How can I move or remove my data?
Use Data Management in Settings to export or import JSON. Delete individual moments or clear the archive in the app, and disable iCloud sync whenever you want to keep future changes local.
