  3. Data & Sync Reliability: iCloud syncing may be affected by network availability or Apple server status. While we employ robust conflict resolution logic, we cannot guarantee zero data loss in every scenario.
  4. Third-Party Services: The App may link to external sites or incorporate third-party APIs (e.g., Apple’s CloudKit). We are not responsible for the content or reliability of these services.
  5. Updates & Termination: We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue the App (in part or whole) at any time without prior notice.
